This document establishes the rules for accessing and using the BestPetCollars platform, as well as the rights and obligations of the involved parties.
BestPetCollars is a B2B platform designed for manufacturers and distributors of commercial accessories, offering supply chain management solutions, inventory flow optimization, wholesale order management, and quality control for industrial textiles and fastening systems.
By using the platform, the user expressly accepts the terms and conditions set forth below. Any access or use of the services implies full acceptance of these terms.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and to update the data whenever necessary.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.
It is forbidden to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or in a way that could affect the system's operation or the rights of other users.
BestPetCollars undertakes to ensure the continuous operation of the platform, except during scheduled maintenance periods or cases of force majeure.
The provider reserves the right to modify the platform's functionalities, with prior notice to users of at least 15 calendar days.
BestPetCollars is not liable for delays or losses caused by third parties, such as carriers or payment service providers.
The platform is provided "as is," without explicit or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or absence of errors.
Under no circumstances shall BestPetCollars be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The provider's total liability for any claim related to the use of the platform is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the privacy policy available on the website.
The user expressly consents to the collection and processing of data necessary for providing the services, including storing order history and quality reports.
Data is not shared with third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.
Services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis, according to the plan chosen by the user. Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the registered email address.
Non-payment of invoices by the due date may lead to suspension of access to the platform, after a prior notice of 7 days.
In the event of contract termination, prepaid amounts are not refunded, except in situations where termination is caused by the provider's failure to fulfill obligations.
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, starting from the date of account registration. Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-calendar-day notice.
BestPetCollars may terminate the contract immediately in the event of a serious breach of the terms, such as fraudulent use of the platform or breach of data security.
Upon termination of the contract, the user is obliged to return or destroy any confidential data received from the provider, except for data they are legally required to retain.
BestPetCollars reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions, with prior notice to users at least 15 days before they take effect.
The user has the right to renounce the services within the notice period, without penalties, if they do not accept the changes.
Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts in Romania.
